Educational programs and courses are eligible for refunds within 30 days if less than 25% of content has been accessed

Services that do not meet the agreed specifications or contain significant errors qualify for full refunds

Important Considerations
Please note that customized business plans and personalized financial strategies that have been delivered and implemented are generally not eligible for refunds. However, we encourage you to contact us if you have concerns about the quality or applicability of your customized materials.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain services and products are not eligible for refunds under this policy:
Third-party software licenses or tools purchased through calystronevo cannot be refunded once the license keys have been provided. Administrative fees for payment processing or service setup are non-refundable. Services that have been fully completed and delivered according to the agreed specifications are generally not eligible for refunds, though we may consider partial refunds in exceptional circumstances.
Additionally, refund requests submitted more than 60 days after service completion will not be processed, regardless of the circumstances.
